Below are a list of rules that we wish to follow. However, you must know that we are also flexible on these rules. There are even times when we will be able to bend them completely, depending on when you schedule your shoot. So, please discuss this with your rep during the scheduling process. In essence, our main goal is to make you satisfied by giving you quality images. At the end of this section, you will find a feedback form. Please use it if you can suggest anything that should be changed in our “Terms and Conditions”.

Your Dealpop:
- Disk of Digital Images, Including 5 Digital Retouches.

Highlights:
- Custom, one-hour photo shoot.
- Disk of images. 50 exposures will be taken during the shoot. We will choose the 50 images to go on the disk.   Retouched Images at 14 x 21 or 21 x 14 inches, 240dpi. There is a $20 rush fee to have your disk immediately after the shoot.
- 20% off prints.
- Good for up to five people.

The Fine Print:
- By appointment only.
- 5 people limit per shoot.
- Valid only within 20 miles of 90210. Traveling fees will apply outside of the 20 mile radius. The current official rate in California is 51 cents per mile. This is based off of the information provided on this site: http://lawzilla.com/content/ca-emp-004.shtml
- Hair, makeup, and wardrobe not included.
- If you opt to receive your images on a disk immediately after the shoot, you will not receive another disk. Retouched images will be emailed to you.
- When scheduling your session, you must give us at least five available dates that you are able to shoot. Please try to spread your dates out.

Uses:
Unlimited except underwater, skydiving, mountains,  Hollywood Hills, underground caves, and beaches.  Extra fees will apply outside of limitations.

Scheduling Your Session:

- Once the date is approved, you will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days.
- If your shoot is scheduled for outdoors and www.weather.com predicts over 40% chance of rain on the day of your shoot (within 5 days of your shoot) it must be rescheduled. If the prediction is wrong and it does not rain on that day when that day comes, we will only shoot on the rescheduled day.

Cancellations:
You may cancel within 48hrs to avoid additional charges (see below).  We may reschedule your shoot by notifying you within 48hrs for any unforeseen reason.  Therefore, your shoot date isn’t guaranteed until within 48hrs of your shoot.  So, please email us at least two days before your shoot to confirm.  If for any reason, you do not hear back from us via email, please assume that your scheduled date and time have been confirmed.

On Shoot Day:
- 50 exposures will be shot and will go on the disk.
- On location within 20 miles of 90210. If you choose a location where we have to pay for parking, you will be charged a parking fee. If we choose a location where we have to pay for parking, you will not be charged a parking fee.
- Your choice of concept.

After Shoot Day:
- Retouched Images will be delivered within 30 business days
- If it has been over three months since our last communication, we reserve the rights to completely remove all of your files from our hard drives after we have sent them to you.  So, please back up the files that we have given you.

Retouches:
- basic retouches include: lighting, color correction, cropping, shadows, tints, highlights, black and whites, minor blemishes, etc.
- does not include major acne, air brushing, body alterations, background changes, etc. (see below about such additions)

Add ons:
- Hair - $125
- Makeup - $125
- Rush Orders For Retouches - 24hrs ($200), 72hrs ($150)
- Studio shoot with lighting set up - free (Set up time is taken from the 1hr session)
- Indoor shoot with lighting set up (your location) - $50 (Set up time is taken from the 1hr session)
note: Over 90% of the shots in our portfolio have been done with natural lighting.
- Additional Hours - $125 per hour.
- Advanced Retouching - $75 per hour
- Concept creation and consulting - $75 per concept. Free with additional hours. price does not include props or wardrobe. If you do not have a concept for your shoot, we can take the time to come up with a good concept for you. Otherwise, we will have to come up with the concept during the time of the shoot. So, please be prepared with your concept in mind if you do not want us to give you a concept.
- Assistant - $50 per hour (can be used for holding reflectors, light diffusers, stopping traffic, etc.)
On location Overtime (in the event that the shoot goes over the time) - $140 per hour. Charged in 15 minute increments (ie. 1- 15 minutes overtime = $35).
- Beach - $75, includes parking and additional time for walking through sand.

The Fine Print:
- Re-scheduling is permitted within the expiration date only
- Your 1 hour shoot starts @ scheduled time, not when you get there.
- 1 location setting: 1 background at the location (moving from area to area and resetting is not permitted)
- Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48hrs before shoot. $50 Rebooking fee. 2nd cancellation requires $100 rebooking fee and possible loss of Dealpop. If you are 15 minutes late the photographer can leave.

Q&As
How many photographers do you have?
4, but only expect 1 to arrive at your shoot.

Can I shoot with my pet?
Yes. As long as the photographer isn’t at risk for danger.

I called, but I couldn’t get through. What should I do?
We usually stop answering calls sometime around 5pm and we do not have a person dedicated to answering phones. So, if we are shooting, we won’t be able to answer. Please leave a message or email us at photography@aqiyl.com. We also have a scheduling system on our website that you will see by clicking on a link at the top that says “Dealpop clients” in green.

Can we shoot in an indoor location that I choose?
Yes. However, there will be an extra charge for any lighting set up, if needed.

Can we shoot outside at night?
Yes. However, if we have to set up lighting there will be an extra charge of $50.

What if I want to schedule two shoots but I only have one Dealpop?
A second shoot can be scheduled at a discounted rate.

Can we meet and discuss the shoot before the actual shoot?
Yes. But there will be a consultation fee.

I’ve seen some photoshoots where the photographers have a bunch of equipment and lighting. Will you have all that stuff?
It depends on the shoot. We’ve worked to master natural lighting techniques, so most of the time, all we need is one camera and a good location.
